Walk the Path of an Earthkeeper; a Pampamesayok

Shamanic Training, Mesa School & Luminous Body School

An Earthkeeper is someone who sees with the heart and lives in conscious relationship with the spiritual and universal forces of life. Everything in the universe and on Earth is living, vibrating energy. An Earthkeeper opens to these unseen worlds of energy and the powers of nature.

In the Andean tradition, the shamanic and mystical path is understood as Pukllay Kawsay — the Sacred Play of Life — and is rooted in two essential principles:

  • Santa Karachi Qellqa — Spiritual Law

  • Ayni — Sacred Reciprocity

The spiritual path of the Children of the Sun — the Inka — is a path of human potential and expanded consciousness. It is about creating a living balance within ourselves through the highest virtues of our being:

  • Yachay — Visionary Wisdom

  • Munay — Unconditional Love

  • Llankay — Embodied Mastery and Right Action

The great universal heart is the vehicle through which forgiveness and inner liberation become possible. To live with an open and receptive heart means practicing Ayni — sacred reciprocity — becoming a vessel of compassionate love, retrieving lost soul parts, meeting our shadow, and allowing emotional purification to unfold. In this way, we begin to act peacefully and live with integrity.

To become an Earthkeeper means increasing your ability to manifest positive change in the world. An essential part of this path is discovering your personal medicine — the gift you are here to share with your family, community, and the Earth — and learning how to place yourself in service to something greater.

Training Structure

The Mesa School is a shamanic training program consisting of two intensive modules. Each module runs for 5 days.

You will journey through two sacred direction, learn from two of the elements — Fire, Earth, Water, and Wind — and encounter a guiding archetype. These universal and natural forces support your personal healing journey and spiritual growth.

With every module, you will deepen your alignment and experience what it means to become Homo Luminous — a luminous human being walking upon Mother Earth with joy, beauty, and grace as an Earthkeeper.

You will create your own Mesa — a sacred medicine bundle of 13 stones and crystals — and become connected to the lineage of the ancient shamans of the Andean-Inka tradition. You become part of a worldwide lineage of healers devoted to the highest good of humanity and the Earth.

MODULE 1 - Spring

“Sachamama – Amaru”

The Serpent, the Element of Earth & the Winds of the South

Main Theme:

SHEDDING THE OLD SKIN

Step into the place of the shaman. You will receive the first four Munay-Ki rites:

  • Healer Rite

  • Bands of Power Rite

  • Harmony Rite

  • Kawak Rite (The Seer Rite)

In the South, the Serpent symbolizes fertility, sexuality, and the healing power of nature. The serpent represents the underworld, the Earth, and sensitivity to the movements of life itself. It is the symbol of new beginnings and the transformation of limiting beliefs and behavioral patterns.

In Inka mythology, the serpent is also a symbol of wisdom and sacred knowledge. According to the Andean worldview, existence is divided into three worlds:

  • Hanaq Pacha — the Upper World, realm of the gods and birds

  • Kay Pacha — the Middle World, where humans live

  • Ukhu Pacha — the Lower World, the inner realms within Mother Earth

Amaru, the serpent, lives within the Lower World.

The South and the Serpent invite us to shed our old skin and release all that no longer serves us.

“Choquechinchay – Otorongo”

The Jaguar, the Element of Water & the Winds of the West

Main Theme:

SEEING IN THE DARKNESS WITHOUT FEAR

Learn how to transform heavy energy (Hucha) into refined light energy (Sami). Receive the Daykeeper Rite and Wisdomkeeper Rite.

In the Inka cosmology, the West represents the Middle World — the Kay Pacha.

The Jaguar teaches us to walk through darkness while seeing with the light of the heart. We learn to move with grace and become peaceful spiritual warriors.

In this module, we will:

  • free ourselves from ancestral entanglements

  • undergo symbolic death rites

  • step out of victim-persecutor-rescuer dynamics

  • receive the Daykeeper Rites

  • create a new soul vision for ourselves

Module 2 - Autumn

Cewa Kinti

The Hummingbird, the Element of Air & the Winds of the North

Main Theme:

RECEIVING THE SWEET NECTAR OF LIFE

Listen to the voice of your soul and learn how to understand it. You will receive the Earthkeeper and Stardeeper rites.

In the Inka worldview, the Hummingbird represents the soul realm.

The Hummingbird helps us release our roles and free ourselves from the entanglements of the ego.

You will receive the Altomesayok rites — the rites of the Wisdomkeepers. You will receive your lineage stone, align with a new destiny path, journey into the Upper World, and much more.

Apuchin

The Eagle, the Element of Fire & the Winds of the East

Main Theme:

OPEN YOUR WINGS & FLY INTO YOUR NEW BECOMING

Free yourself from karmic entanglements, rise in consciousness, and recognize your destiny. You will receive the Creator Rite.

In the Andean tradition, the Eagle represents the Upper World — the realm of the ancestors, higher dimensions of light, and communion with Great Spirit.

Here dwell our cosmic parents.

Through the Eagle, we reclaim our projections and learn to walk through life with self-responsibility and integrity. We will close energetic “back doors,” work with Spirit Catchers, invoke Huacas (sacred spirits), and shift the direction of our lives.

With deep gratitude and respect for all my teachers, I now pass this Inka wisdom on to you.

Pampamesayok - Earthkeeper

I am a Mistress of Ceremonies and I am walking the path of an earth keeper. For me it is a heart wish to bring the soul nourishing Inca wisdom to the western world. I learned from The Four Winds Society, by Dr. Alberto Villoldo and I am certified in Luminous Healing and Energy Medicine. From November 2014 - 2016 I was learning directly from the peruvian shamans, so called Paqos at the Serena Anchanchu School in Holland. I was initiated by them as a Pampa Mesayok; Keeper of the earth.

With deep respect and honor to my beloved teachers, I received the permission to transmitt these initiations.
